Kelly came to Marquette Group in 2011 as the Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees recruitment, retention, training and compliance with federal and state laws, benefits, policy and procedure for both Marquette Group and sister company USMotivation.
She is an experienced human resources professional and senior-level administrator, who is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Kelly possesses a wealth of knowledge in human resources, payroll, benefits administration and training from numerous professional services organizations.
The best part of my job is: Developing people so that they contribute to the organization at a high level and are successful individuals, and working with the team.
